Our Story

Doorbell is a technology developed by Swoop In Technologies LLC, which is made up of a team of entrepreneurs and engineers who made it their mission to eliminate the password from the internet.  They started this journey 15 years ago and have reached their goal with the release of Doorbell.

Swoop was created by three environmentalists: John Killoran, Matthew Custer and Cynthia Brown who founded Clover Leaf Solutions Inc and created the first password-free information management system called Autopilot that solved an environmental compliance problem that plagued the industry.

Autopilot is a task management system where tasks can be completed and reports can be generated without the need for passwords.  Autopilot was recently sold to WorkDay Inc after Clover Leaf was sold to White Wolf Capital, a private equity firm in Miami.

Over the past 15 years, while working on the Doorbell solution, Swoop has developed a lot of new technologies in the field of QR, SMS, Cart Abandonment, payments, login, etc.  Swoop holds 60 patents and has 30 more patents pending in their portfolio.  This portfolio includes the doorbell technology and is going on sale in September 2024.
